I have read and accept that the voluntary completion of the personal data requested for registration means that I consent to the Orange Foundation, in its own name or through other entities responsible for the handling or transfer of data will treat this information solely for user registration, monitoring and for use in the assessment processes which take place under the framework of the Person Centred Planning Course Project, in addition to the sending of any possible information regarding the Person Centred Planning Course Project or solutions or events relating to autism developed or organised by the Orange Foundation or related organisations. This data may be included on an automated file which may be used for future correspondence with the user.

As the title holder of the data held, you will have the right to access, rectification, cancellation and oppose the date held on the above file upon written request, together with a photocopy of your National Identity Card, sent to the following address: info@fundacionadapta.org
